A: 50% deposit required at the time of reservation.

A: Deposits are non-refundable 10 days prior to your party.

Q: Are adults required to stay in the playground during parties?

A: Adults must stay inside KidsVille at all time during parties.

Q: Can I drop off my child?

A: No drops off allowed.

Q: How long do parties last?

A: 60 minutes in the private party room and unlimited play time in the playground.

Q: What comes with the birthday package?

A: 60 minutes in the private party room with dedicated host, themed decorations, tableware, choice of chocolate cake or

vanilla, juice (1 per child), party favor (1 per child), unlimited play time (12 years old and under). Kids meal optional for additional cost.

Q: Can I bring outside food?

A: No. We have a large menu featuring a variety of food for everyone to choose from.

Q: Can I bring my teenage children?

A: All family members are welcome – however, for safety purposes only children 12 and under are allowed in the playground area, and all children must be accompanied by adult 18 years old and over.

Q: Do I need to sign a waiver?

Q: Can I play with my child on the playground

A: Yes, 1 free adult per child. Additional adults must pay to play with children in the playground.
