We’re excited to introduce Drop-Off Play Time at Kidsville Playground! This is a great opportunity for kids to play, explore, and have fun in a safe and supervised environment while parents run errands, take a break, or simply enjoy some free time.
Our Drop-Off Play Time is designed to be simple and stress-free for parents while ensuring a fun and safe experience for kids! Just follow these steps:
This will take you to our registration form powered by Brightwheel. Fill out all required details for your child.
Once registered, you’ll receive a 4-digit passcode used for safe drop-off and pick-up at Kidsville. This same passcode will be valid for all Kidsville drop-off events throughout the year—including mini camps, Parents Night Out, and more.
A Kidsville staff member will be waiting to greet you and your child at the door with an iPad, ready for you to check in using your passcode.
Before attending a drop-off event, please complete our required annual waiver. This only needs to be done once per year.
After your paperwork is complete, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions.
That’s it! Once you’ve registered and submitted your waiver, you’re all set for your event.
Drop-Off Play Time is available only on select dates listed in our Events Calendar. To participate, parents must RSVP and register in advance—spots are limited and fill up quickly! Be sure to check the calendar regularly and secure your spot early.

No, it’s a drop-off activity. Our trained staff will supervise and guide your child through all the activities throughout the day.
Yes! Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to update the list of authorized individuals.
Yes! The age group for the drop-off is for rising 1st graders through 5th graders.
Kidsville staff is not authorized to administer medication to your child. Please contact Kidsville management to discuss your child’s health condition and determine if drop-off attendance is possible.
At Kidsville Playground, we encourage inclusion, and we have created specific times for you to come and play with your child in our play structure. Please check our calendar for available dates and times. Unfortunately, the drop-off activities might not be the best setting for your child since our counselors may not have the specialized training required to provide more specific care.
We encourage parents of children with food allergies to bring their own snacks and lunch. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Please notify us immediately. We will work with you to determine the best course of action. A doctor’s note is required for medical-related cancellations.
