The deposit amount to secure your birthday party reservation is 50% upon booking. 

The latest is 10 days prior to the event. 

You can have 100% refund before 10 days prior to your party. Within 10 days of your event, no refunds.

 While we have friendly staff to supervise the overall party flow, adults must be present throughout the duration of the party. This ensures adult supervision for the children and allows you to relax and enjoy the celebration.

Kidsville Playground is not a drop-off location. Adult supervision is required for all children at all times.

Our birthday party packages typically offer access to play all day, and a one hour private party room to celebrate with your friends and family. We can provide you with detailed information on party durations when you inquire about our packages.

Our birthday party packages typically include an all-day playtime pass, one-hour private decorated party room rental, a party host to assist with set-up and clean-up, a choice of vanilla or chocolate cake, one party favor per child, one small bottle of water per child, and decorated balloons. We do not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the playground area, including birthday party rooms. However, we allow you to bring your own customized cake or cupcake, only when you book a birthday package.

Teenage siblings are welcome to attend birthday parties at Kidsville Playground. Please note that the indoor playground is strictly for kids ages 12 and under. 

Yes, all participants in a birthday party, including children and adults, will be required to sign a liability waiver before enjoying the activities at Kidsville Playground. Please sign in advance here.

For safety reasons, everyone playing in the indoor playground area, including birthday party participants, must wear socks.
